Ed Rogalski,
President & CEO
Ed's multifaceted career has given him valuable experience in the Industrial sector, as well as a solid reputation for building businesses with a strong company culture. Prior to serving in his current role of President, he served as CUST-O-FAB's CFO. Ed's passions lie at the intersection of keeping people safe, mentoring others, and building teams.

Mark Ellis,
Vice President of Capital Projects
Mark has thirty-four years' experience in the construction industry, ranging from T/A and Emergency Call-Out, to Specialty Welding and large capital projects. He brings invaluable experience and industry knowledge to our team after spending 25 years on the contractor side and almost a decade on the owner side of the business.

Paul Stokes,

Paul has been working in the fabrication business for over four decades. He oversees all fabrication projects that come through CUST-O-FAB. From heat exchangers and vessels to emergency fabrication, his leadership maximizes efficiency for every project.

Alan LaValley,
General Manager of Geismar, LA
Alan has 34 years of On-Site Services experience in the petrochemical and turnaround business. He manages our Louisiana and Gulf Coast operations, while also acting as our chief specialist and manager of refractory services.

With 30 years of experience in the Power Gen business, Gary is responsible for sales, estimating, and scheduling projects for our Power division. He oversees all CUST-O-FAB Power projects, from design and fabrication to field installation, making him a valuable part of our operations.

Darryl Stach,
General Manager of Gulf Coast Fabrication
Darryl began his career at CUST-O-FAB as a Fitter Trainee in our Sand Springs facility. He continued to develop his knowledge and skills, and eventually moved into the QC Manager position in Sand Springs. He then moved his family to Beaumont in 2016 and became the Quality Manager for our new Beaumont fabrication facility. Darryl brings with him a knowledge of what has made CUST-O-FAB successful, along with a deep understanding of our products and processes.

After transitioning from our Sand Springs facility to Beaumont, we have developed a talented team that prides itself on being the front-runner in safety & quality on the Gulf Coast. Bubba Fox,
General Manager of Midwest
Bubba oversees the execution of all field jobs related to our Sand Springs location and helps ensure that CUST-O-FAB employees serve our customers well while staying committed to our core values of safety, quality, schedule, and value, and customer requirements. He has been working turnarounds since 1987, has worked in refinery or chemical plants across the majority of the United States and in several countries.

Doug Hoffman,

Doug is a third-generation refinery and industrial construction manager who grew up in the construction industry. From the ground up, he understands what it takes to make a project successful and what needs to be done to deliver a superior product to our customers. Doug’s leadership skills and industry experience in oil, gas, and chemicals make him an invaluable part of our team.

With 30 years of experience in specialty welding, furnace work, and piping, Claude oversees the day-to-day operations the field. He’s self-motivated and is able to thinks critically the fast-paced environment of our industry, especially when it comes to major capital project planning and execution.
