When we say safety is our #1 priority, we live it.
Driven by our desire to protect the wellbeing of our employees and their families, the CUST-O-FAB team is committed to the unwavering pursuit of safety in all that we do. We've spent the last five decades perfecting our practices and procedures and have developed the best safety culture in the industry.
At CUST-O-FAB, the safety of our employees and our customers is paramount.
We train our employees to be mindful of the lives that will be affected by the safety procedures of every work activity in which they are involved. Whether they’re fabricating equipment, performing repairs, or working in emergency situations, they’re aware that following safety procedures directly impacts their ability to protect the wellbeing of their fellow employees and our customers.
Safety hinges on details, diligence, and company-wide collaboration.
Before we begin a project, all procedures go through rigorous safety analysis and strategic planning in order to reduce potential hazards—cutting corners is never an option.
We take a collaborative approach to safety and incorporate a variety of CUST-O-FAB employees and customer representatives throughout the course of each project. We also take a detailed approach to safety training, which keeps our employees confident in their ability to execute the latest procedures and policy.
